Crazy Charlie is a great saltwater pattern, designed for Bone and Permit fishing on the flats around the world. A short strip retrieve with a good pause, allows sand to puff up from the flats, imitating small crab and baitfish behaviour.

The Crazy Charlie is a classic Bonefish pattern, first developed on Andros Island in 1977 by Charles Smith, a local Bahamian Bonefish guide. This tried and tested pattern will not steer you wrong. Also a great fly for chasing Bream and Flathead.
